Brett P. Lent, DDS, MS
Brett Lent, DDS, MS, is a general dentist at First Impression Dental in Fresno, California. He specializes in providing high-quality care to treat patients of all ages using state-of-the-art technology. He’s at the forefront of bringing new dental technology to patients, including Solea® dental laser for anesthetic-free dentistry, same-day crowns, digital radiography, and dental photography.
Dr. Lent earned his Bachelor of Science in molecular, cellular, and developmental biology from the University of California, Santa Barbara. He then worked as a dental research assistant at the West Los Angeles VA Hospital, focusing on chewing efficiency for denture wearers and implant patients.
He later earned both his master’s degree in oral biology and Doctor of Dental Surgery at the University of California, Los Angeles. He was one of three in his class to receive the “Excellence in Restorative Dentistry” award.
Dedicated to lifelong learning and offering the latest dental technology to his patients, Dr. Lent commits over 100 hours annually to continued education. He’s an active member of the Faculty Club at Spear Dental Education, a prestigious interdisciplinary group of practitioners focused on comprehensive treatment planning to achieve optimal results, and received training at the Spear Institute in Scottsdale, Arizona.
When not treating patients, Dr. Lent enjoys spending time with his children, Parker and Katelynn. He also enjoys golfing, traveling, skiing, and snorkeling. Fun Fact: Dr. Lent is a fabulous cook!
Kristine — Office Manager
Kristine “Kris” has been in the dental field since 1988; with over 30 years of experience, she has grown in her knowledge of dentistry exponentially. Kris has served patients in all aspects of dental care from scheduling appointments and chairside assisting to office management. She loves creating long lasting relationships with patients and making sure all their needs are met. Kris has three children and one grandson whom she loves to spend time with whenever possible. She also enjoys spending time with family and friends. Fun fact: Kris is originally from Minnesota and has been a crazy Vikings fan her entire life.
Monica — Registered Dental Assistant
Monica brings 18 years of experience as an RDA to our team! Monica’s primary goal is to make her patients feel comfortable and will even go above and beyond to make them laugh. When she’s not at work, Monica keeps very busy with her family. She has been married to her husband, Brandon, for 10 years and together they have 4 children. Monica also loves to play tennis and help out with her husband’s family business. Fun fact: When Monica hears Salsa music she immediately jumps on the dancefloor!
Amanda-RDH, AOMT-C
Amanda has been a dental hygienist since 2014. She is valley raised and went to dental hygiene school locally. Amanda takes pride in her work and enjoys getting to know her patients. She loves helping patients achieve the healthy smile they deserve. In 2022 Amanda completed licensing to be an orofacial myofunctional therapist. She is looking forward to bringing the valley modern myofunctional therapy services.
When Amanda is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her friends and family. She also gets a kick out of being active at the gym and playing golf.
Fun Fact: Amanda played collegiate level softball.
